Dread Sonnets and Future Reviews

Hello all,

I’m happy to say that 50 copies of Dread Sonnets have been downloaded so far, which is really more than I could have hoped for. Since a normal small print run is something like 200 copies, this is like giving away a quarter of a print run in three days, which I consider an impressive feat for someone whose only advertising was to the readers of his blog and Twitter followers. Although Dread Sonnets will no longer be free as of midnight tonight, it will only be $0.99 for the rest of the month, at which point it will rise to the exorbitant price of $1.99, so I fully encourage you to buy it while it’s still discounted if you haven’t already.

In other news, the rest of this month will be devoted to reviews of some of my favorite horror movies, culminating in a final review for Halloween on the most horrifying film I’ve ever watched. And with that last little tidbit, I leave everyone to make wild guesses about what my Halloween post will be.
